Agreement and license
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls where required.
Neon Summit LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules.
Who may use the app
The app is intended for adults practicing Spanish. Family lesson material is prepared for the adult to use with a child; children should not independently operate the AI conversation feature.
AI-generated content
Voice responses, scores, translations, lesson phrases, and recaps are generated with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated language before relying on it or teaching it. The app is an educational practice tool, not professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
Safe use
Use hands-free features only when it is safe and lawful. Do not handle or look at the phone while driving. You remain responsible for following traffic laws and responding to road conditions.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to evade usage limits, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected service components, or use it to create unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms are shown in the app and Apple's purchase sheet before confirmation.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where permitted by Apple.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Availability and changes
The app depends on Apple, OpenAI, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and network services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for safety, cost control, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement.
Your content and privacy
You retain responsibility for information you speak or enter. Do not provide information you do not have the right to share. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The app and service are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. The warranty and liability provisions in Apple's Standard EULA also apply.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for material misuse, threats to service security, or legal requirements. Ending access does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage billing through Apple.
