Conversation will not start
Confirm that microphone access is enabled in iOS Settings, that you have a network connection, and that another app is not actively using the microphone. Then reopen the app and try once more.
Audio is using the wrong device
Open Control Center and select the intended iPhone, AirPods, or car audio route. If the route changed during a session, end the session safely and start another after the connection stabilizes.
Purchase or restore did not unlock
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple may take a moment to refresh sandbox or App Store purchase status. If access remains locked, contact support with the purchase time and product—never send your Apple password or complete payment details.
Delete local data
Open Settings in the app to delete session history or all local app data. Deleting the app's local data does not cancel a subscription; subscriptions are managed in Apple Account settings.

Do not troubleshoot the app while driving. Pull over safely before interacting with the screen. This service is not an emergency service.
